MACHINE LINE DESCRIPTION:

This assembly line is a multi-functional automatic composite assembly line, compatible with the following composite methods:

1. Vertical silk rock sliver and calcium silicate board surface plate, backplane (or perforated backplane) composite, specifications: 1220*2440mm.

2. The uniform plate (non-combustible plate) and the calcium silicate plate single-sided composite plate (using the glue method), the specification is: 1220*2440mm.

3. EPS/XPS sheet type, anti-collision, non-slag insulation material and calcium silicate board single-sided composite (using shower type gluing or roller gluing), the specification is: 1220*2440mm.

4. When the homogeneous plate (non-combustible plate) /EPS/XPS/ polyurethane plate is combined with ceramic sheet, marble SLATE, aluminum veneer (the size is not fixed). The method is glue spraying machine and artificial compound.
